Newly appointed Orlando Pirates head coach, Muhsin Ertugral, could be set to reunite with Abbubaker Mobara and Riyaad Norodien at the Soweto giants, should the negotiations for the two players be successful according to Soccer Laduma.
The two players from Ajax Cape Town have been on the list of transfer targets for Pirates in recent seasons.
Pirates have made a formal approach in their pursuit of Mobara and Norodien.
Mobara and Norodien, both South African U23 internationals, have been linked to the Sea Robbers since last year, and with Ertugral now in charge of the Buccaneers, the two players could very well be closer to earning moves to Gauteng next season.
Ertugral is renowned for his belief in working with young players and will be familiar with their abilities from his days with Ajax, which could assist in helping them lure their targets from the Mother City.
